The Twin Cities is blessed with a vibrant bike culture, supported by a whole mess of great cycle shops, so choosing just one isn't easy. But One on One Cycle in the Warehouse District has a lot going for it. For one thing, we love their $1 per minute labor rate on repairs and tune-ups, which beats the hell out of flat fees when all you want is new brake pads. They sell bikes too, of course, from Bianchis to Fatbacks to local favorite Surly. If you're not looking to splash out on an expensive new ride, they've also got a constantly rotating selection of used bikes and a basement full of scroungeable parts called the junkyard. The best thing about One on One, though, is the café up front, where you can sip delicious soup while waiting for your steed to be readied.
